Seeing as though Because of the Lotus’ Mind’s Eyeland Time “cryptogetaways” are a very fluid, and “Island Time”-influenced series of events, additional details and ticketing options are being released on a rolling basis, as they develop. We deeply appreciate the patience and understanding of our growing community of supporters and “Heartists” involved in making these events so special, forward-thinking and downright innovative.

Annaly Bay Tide Pool Hike

Hike through some of St. Croix’s most luscious rainforest on your way to the famous Annaly Bay Tide Pools as your experienced local guide shares knowledge of island history, plant and animal life. At the end of this roughly 1-hour, “moderately strenuous” hike that covers 350 feet of elevation, you will be pleasantly rewarded for your efforts by one of Pachamama’s most beautiful natural swimming pools/fish tanks. This optional excursion will take place Sunday morning, May 9th, and leaves at 8:30am from the trailhead at The Landing Beach Resort in Cane Bay, and returns around 12:30pm. Transportation is included.

Evening Kayak to St. Croix’s famous “Bio Bay”
An experience you’ll never forget awaits in this sunset kayak trip to the island’s famous bioluminescent bay on Salt River, where you’ll peer through your see-through kayak into a glowing wonderland of illuminated comb jellies, dinoflagellates (bioluminescent plankton), and glow worms! A very special ecosystem must exist for this miracle of nature to come to be, and in order to properly view Mother Nature’s light show, it requires darkness.

These creatures are usually not something that can be easily captured even by modern and advanced photography equipment, so we ask that you focus on capturing this experience with your mind’s eye! Transportation included. Clear kayaks are subject to availability and weather conditions.

PRICING:

Each of the above adventures (Tide Pool Hike and Bio Bay Kayak) are available as an add-on to any package for $80 per excursion per person, or $150 for both excursions. Transportation to and from Cane Bay to both excursions is included in the cost.

Hit the links with a master of Flow State, PGA golf pro and painter Pat Anglin of Because of the Lotus! With room for two foursomes, Pat will bounce between the two sharing knowledge and advice. Details on this optional excursion are presently being developed, and more information will be available soon. $100 day pass - provides music event and workshop access from 6am to 11pm on May 7th, 8th or 9th.

Bring-your-own-gear Camping Pass — $40/night (covers up to two people)

Additional optional add-ons include private Neurofeedback training sessions, Reiki Healing and Singing Bowl Soundbath, and excursions. NFT Update

The date to purchase tent-inclusive camping packages has passed (however a few camp cabins and quite a few “bring-your-own-gear” camping spots are still available), and with all of the different offerings available, we’ve decided to create one final “A la carte” NFT, that would allow you to place any bid for the “NFTicket” at the value of your personally-tailored retreat package. The artwork, animation, and original soundtrack by Jason Hann are presently being readied for release. In the spirit of Earth Day inspiration, we are heavily exploring alternative NFT platforms that take a more conscious approach to energy consumption through their “Proof-of-Stake” blockchain models, and will be announcing more details on the NFT’s release soon.
